I use Calendly for our youth basketball program and have three different calendars for different session types. I’d like to change the group size on a specific day within a calendar (for example, generally sessions are capped at 10, but I’d like a special session that caps at 6) Do I need to create another calendar for this or is there a way to change a specific time slot only?

Understood! At this time, there is not a way to adjust a invitee limit for a specific day within the editor, however, there are two workarounds for users who’d like to do this
- You can create a separate event for that time only, limiting it at 6
- You can edit the limit for a specific time only after its been scheduled. Once the first person schedules, you can go to your Meetings Page and find that date/time. Once you do, select the event and click Edit Invitee Limit. From there you can adjust it as needed
