In my company we have two owners. I am the sole user of calendly. We also have those who sign up for weekly events (meetings) with our company. Is there a way for the guests to see the full calendar without having a seat to log in or syncing our calendar with them. I know they receive emails that they can then sync to their calendar but we want this to be more of an open viewing schedule for them so that we don’t constantly have to remind them. Not everyone who signs up is great with technology and I’ve tried the sharing my google calendar with them but it requires them having the google calendar app and for those with storage issues that’s a no . I don’t want them to have access to anything else. Only viewing the calendar. I’m hoping this all makes sense. If there is no way to do this other than paying for them to have a seat i would suggest this be something of the future.

Hi @Mary - Thanks for reaching out.

At this time, there is not a way to create a public calendar for guests to view with Calendly. If a guest buys a seat under your organization, that means they would also have access to view your meetings, and create their own as well.

However, I’ll get this passed along to our product team for them to review. But as it stands, the only way we send events/notifications is through the Email & Calendar events that Calendly sends to the customer.

As an alternative, you can configure some Workflows that send reminder Texts & Emails to the customer, this way they can keep track and not forget about any upcoming meetings. You can read more about this here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/360051017814-Workflows-overview

Let me know if you have any other questions.
