What I was able to also check that it is happening for other members of my team in business. It also doesn’t matter what device I am on. I didn’t have this problem until I tried to connect the Company’s CRM to Calendly and my Google Calendar. Now it doesn’t coordinate my appointments, I can’t reschedule or cancel, the links are all messed up--people say they show up but I don’t see them. It has been a total wash yesterday. I was only able to attend 2 meetings because they were on the phone.

Hm okay. Thanks for checking that for me.

In this case, I’d actually recommend chatting with our support team at this point, they’ll be able to take a closer look at your settings and dig into what might be going on, they’ll be able to look at you screen more directly (And it prevents you from having to share PII on our community)

Are you still getting the error when trying to log into calendly.com? If you are, emailing them at support@calendly.com would be the next best step.

Also in the case of troubleshooting, if everyone in your company is getting these types of errors, I would wonder if your company is actually blocking something thats preventing you from accessing Calendly. The best way to check this is by attempting to log into Calendly from your home internet or through something similar.

Let me know if you have any questions!

I already tried what you said and it isn’t working.
