Why can’t I cancel my subscription.  the chat bot raises a request that is not actioned. I am so frustrated. I can’t talk to a human.  I have tried and failed several times to cancel and I’m paying over a year for no usage whatsoever.  I can’t find a way to talk to anyone at Calendly.  Can anyone help???

Do you still have access to that specific account? If so, any subscription changes can be actioned from the billing page here: https://calendly.com/app/admin/billing

If you do not have access to the account, I’d recommend emailing our support team directly and include the following:

  • The email on the account
  • the last four digits of the card thats being used

You can email this over to support@calendly.com and they would be able to look into this for you!
