Hi,

It’s my first using calendly need a little help with the calendar invite info:

This is the email I receive on my end how can I remove the description and also, can we customize the calendar invitation for the person who bookings an appointment.

While you can’t edit whats included in the confirmation for specific invitees, you can adjust the template thats sent out to your users. You can do this by editing your event, selecting more options at the bottom of the page, then selecting Notifications and workflows:
 

 

Here, you’ll be able to edit the content of the email thats sent out when a user books:
