Under More Options - every time I add a comment under “description” describing the calendar meeting… and I view the page after I save it. The formatting is not correct. The sentences are cut off and not aligned. I’ve tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling and it is still not formatting correctly. Words are cut off (one or two ending letters in a word) are placed on next line.

It is happening under both, opened the mobile app. and re-wrote the description saved it. Went to view booking page and this is what it looks like. I’ve deleted app and reloaded and it still is not formatting. I sent you a screenshot.

Got it - Are you trying to have “In-Home Individual Ministering Visit” all in one line? You may need to remove the bolding or capitalization on it so it can fit the width of the webpage dimensions.
If you view it through a webpage on the computer, it should format a bit better, but viewing it from the phone introduces some limitations.
