What Email suppose to look like

I need help… as you can see in the three photos above, in my workflow I have set up an email reminder to be sent out to people to click on links to watch some videos.

At some point, between when the person scheduling the appointment and them getting the email from Calendly, the hyperlinks are getting lost. Including the ones at the bottom of the email to cancel, reschedule or make changes to the event. I have confirmed that all video links work, both through setup of the workflow and on another browser. But the emails are still being sent as plain text and not as links to the videos. 

I changed the workflow from the email reminder to the email additional resources and got the same results of plain text email with no links to videos.

Our team is aware of. the issue and is currently looking into this. I don’t have an exact timeframe on this yet but we should see a fix soon! I have the same problem here but in the past it was working. Now nothing is working. All my links are juste text. Is the problem from you or can i do something more to make i work ?


Just wanted to share that I’m also being impacted by this.  The cancel/reschedule links provided by Calendly aren’t appearing, and custom links that I added aren’t appearing either.  


So my staff and I were able to find a work around…. Its not what we wanted be it works in the moment until something is figured out… We are using the additional recourses workflow, we added just the video urls where the link are and that seems to be working at the time.

Just tried this and it is unfortunately not working for me. Might want to double check that it is still active for you.


Still no update on this? Workflows are the whole reason I pay for Calendly, please fix this.


Hi Calendly, when will this be fixed?!
This has been an issue for me since at least 25th July.

Also, I have an emoji in my auto email, and that doesnt come through either.
