Host not available - can meeting still progress?

Question

I have 1-1 event type set up, where people will book in a time for a teams  or zoom meeting. This meeting will also be sent to another person (outside my organisation) to attend. If circumstances arise that I am unavailable, will the other person be able to start the meeting?

Hi ​@Belinda32787- Thanks for reaching out!This is something that would need to be configured in Zoom or Teams, not Calendly.I was able to find an article for Zoom that allows users to join the meeting before the host - This way they won't be stuck in a waiting room if you’re unavailable:https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0060501Let me know if you have any questions!
