Question

How can an invitee cancel their own assistance in a meeting?

I created a meeting appointment that people can join. They can join in 3 different hours every week. The thing is that I invite them through a link, and they set their assitance. But, if they want to cancel, when they click the same link again there is no option to cancel but to join a second time the same meeting.

How can I manage this?

Hi @Marari61352 - Thanks for reaching out!

If an invitee wants to cancel their meeting, they should see Cancel/Reschedule links within either their email confirmation, or the calendar event thats created. If the invitee is not seeing it, you’ll want to make sure the Cancel & Reschedule Links are enabled for your events. You can follow this article on how to enable them: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/28926585452951-How-to-include-cancel-and-reschedule-links-for-invitees

Let me know if you have any questions!
