I want to let customers send me a question or provide information not collected at the time of booking. I also want to let potential customers whose schedule does not mesh with mine contact me directly for a one-off scheduling request. Is this possible with the free plan, and if not, which is the lowest paid level for which it is possible?

While there is not a direct feature for this - A lot of users will just include their email or other contact info within their event description. So in the event the invitee can’t find a time, they can contact you directly.

Otherwise, there are not any other features on the free plan to support this - If you use our standard plan, you can use workflows to contact invitees automatically with forms or ways to collect additional information.
