Question

How can I offer possible meeting times that overlap?

I’m setting up a Calendly meeting poll for the first time. I’d like to offer both an all-day option as well as two half-day options each on two different days, but once I have either the all-day or the two half-day windows selected on the calendar, it’s impossible to indicate the other(s). Does Calendly seriously allow only one meeting duration/poll, and if so, is there any way around this? Thanks!

Hi @Terry26550 - Thanks for reaching out!

You should be able to workaround this by turning of the Reserve Times option on your meetings page here:

Having this on means Calendly will automatically block all of those times until a specific time is chosen. But if you turn it off it should allow you to setup overlapping times!

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks, David. I had to move forward so I used Doodle this time, but it’s good to know for the next time!
