Hey there, 

 

is it somehow possible that my college shares his calendar with me so I can see whom he was an appoinment with? Or do I have to use his login-data in order to see his full schedule? I would like to see the names of specific appoinments so I can synchronize it with an extern list. Or do we have to purchase a higher abo for this requeset?

In this case, there are a few ways you can go about this:

  1. You can invite this user to your Organization, that way booked events have visibility between you both (More on this here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/223146067-How-to-add-or-remove-users-and-seats#01H8PG9T1A0ZYEMT2GA3DH2N7Z)
  2. If you don’t want to pay for another user/subscription, another way you can workaround this is by sharing your external calendars with each other. Giving you visibility into their scheduled and booked events
  3. Another option is using a tool like Zapier to automatically export booked events to a Google or Excel sheet, you can read more on this here: Calendly + Zapier
