How did I get this on my laptop?

I’m getting asked, by calendly, to upgrade my subscription, but I don’t remember what I did to accept a login ID that I do remember seeing, but not why or how or what I was doing at the time. I don’t think I have a use for it and would like to remove it so I have one less thing to interrupt my train of thought.

If you’re wanting to upgrade your subscription, you can do so from the billing page here: https://calendly.com/app/admin/billing

However if you’re running into something else, if you could include any screenshots of what might be going on, I can assist from there.

I just want out.  I don’t need it or want it!
