How do I block no show and cancelled in the filter?

How do i block cancelled and No show?….I only want to see events that actually scheduled to take place.

I don’t even know what Default includes, but it doesn’t block no shows, only cancelled. 

Also, why doesn’t the option show up for me to just cancel an event...even after the time has passed.

Hi ​@Caleb's04135 - Thanks for reaching out.

At this time there is not a way to hide no-shows from the meetings page, however, this is a request we’ve gotten before so I submitted it to our product team to review!

Past meetings cannot be cancelled, only marked as no-show since they’ve already happened - Are you able to see the cancellation option for meetings in the future?

@David Yes...I do see it before the scheduled appt….but sometimes, I just don’t have time to cancel them in the system.  Then they get workflow emails they don’t need. 

My appt times are not hard and fast….sometimes I run out of time for the day and have to move clients after their scheduled appt time.

Why can I not cancel a meeting that has passed? I do not want to mark as no-show, the meeting needs to be moved but I do not have a new date yet. Without some option to adjust after meeting time has passed, any reporting capabilities within Calendly will be incorrect. 

How can I modify this?

Hi ​@MichelleA - I’ll have to get this to our product team as feedback. Right now your only option for past meetings is to mark them as a no-show, there isn’t a way to delete past meetings as of now.

Could you tell me some more about your situation? I’d love to send over all the information I can to our product team to build more support for a feature like this.
