How do I create a meeting type that only offers times that are available on my calendar, as well as on my team member's calendar?

How do I create a meeting type that only offers times that are available on my calendar, as well as on my team member's calendar?  She already connected her calendar to Calendly, but now I need to reference it for one particular meeting type.  These meetings are offered to our clients so that my team member and I can both meet with a client at the same time.

Thanks for reaching out.In this case, you’d want to use theCollective Event type.Collective event types let invitees schedule meetings with multiple team members at the same time, so it would fit your case perfectly!Keep in mind, both you and your team member would need to be in the same Calendly Organization in order to do this.
