How do I create multiple one-to-one meetings with different durations and open dates

I’m using Calendly in a volunteer project, where I need to schedule 90 minute meetings, as well as for personal 30 minute one-to-ones. I set up the 90 minute meetings/dates/duration, then tried to set up the 30 minute meetings. Those defaulted to the dates/times I had set up for the 90 minute meetings.

Hi! Calendly event types can share the same availability schedule, so creating a new 30-minute event may inherit the dates and times from the 90-minute event. Each event type can have its own duration and availability settings.

You have two options:

  • Use one event type: Add both 30- and 90-minute duration options, allowing invitees to choose the length. Calendly will adjust available times accordingly. Learn more.
  • Keep separate event types: Edit the 30-minute event and assign it a separate/custom availability schedule with the dates and times you want.
