How do I deactivate the appointment confirmation e-mails?

We use a CRM system that sends the booking confirmations automatically. As we don't want to spam the customer, it would of course be good if we could switch off the calenldy confirmation…

Hi @su3n,

There is currently no way to turn off confirmation emails, but it’s something we’re asked for often and we’ve passed it along to our product team. Hopefully we’ll see some new options added at some point!

@jillian Hi :) I would be very happy if there is any workaround... I had hoped that I could have the notifications sent via micorosoft outlook and then simply intercept them there... But unfortunately the notifications on creation and cancellation do not go via my outlook :(
