Question

How do I set a max per client on a specific meeting type?

Hi,

I will have free intro meetings in my practice, however this will be only once per person. Is there a way to set this up?

I saw an older conversation where you mentioned adding a max per client ID to your backlog, but I am not sure if you have been able to work on it yet?

Thank you!

Hi @Laurie77758 - Thanks for reaching out!

At this time, there is not a way to limit meetings booked based on their email or ID. However, many users will utilize the Single-Use link feature to share their booking page with a customer, then, after they book, the link becomes unusable for any further bookings.

You can read more about this process here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/30121266128535-How-to-create-a-single-use-link

Let me know if you have any questions!
