How do I set event to all request for appointment but doesn't schedule the appointment until I have approved the request?

At this time, there is not a way to set it to approve meetings. Any time a Calendly event is scheduled it will automatically be added to your calendar. If you’re dealing with spam, you can setup Email Verification for your events, so invitees need to verify their email before booking with you: https://calendly.com/app/personal/security/booking
