How do I Turn Off Notetaker?

I’ve tried repeatedly to turn off notetaker.  I have the following issues:

One - it shows up twice.

Two - I don’t have it turned on but it starts anyway, which is a HUGE problem when other managers invite me into a meeting in Outlook.

Three - I totally deleted my account and created a new one, being sure NOT to do anything with notetaker, and it still starts.

Four - I can’t prevent it from starting, and it just pops up and remains on even if I leave a meeting.

 

How can I actually, completely turn off Notetaker or do I just need to find another product?

Hi ​@Rader04325 - Sorry to hear this is going on.

Couple things to confirm:

If its showing as disabled, I’d recommend reaching out to our support team to see if there is something external happening here, they’ll have more insight in whats going on in the backend. You can either chat in through your account, or email support@calendly.com.

Yes, I reopened my account today.

 

It shows that Notetaker is disabled (as it was before when I had to delete my account, hoping this would stop Notetaker, but it still shows up even on Outlook meetings I don’t initiate, so the organizer has to disable it):
