I’m curious how other photographers handle scheduling consultations with potential wedding clients.

For wedding photography, there can be a lot of back-and-forth when trying to find a suitable time for couples, especially when they are comparing different photographers or planning a wedding from another city.

Do you use Calendly or another scheduling tool to let clients choose available consultation times themselves?

I’m also interested in knowing whether photographers use separate booking links for initial consultations, engagement sessions, and wedding-day planning calls.
