How do you track how many sessions a client has left in a package?

I sell sessions in packs — a client buys 10, then books them one at a time over a few months. Last week I genuinely lost track of whether one client had 2 or 3 sessions left in her pack, and ended up just giving her the extra one rather than get into it.

I found the "Offering a Series or Package of Events" thread (now closed for replies) — the redirect/daisy-chain workaround is great for pushing someone straight to their next booking, but it doesn't seem to track how many they've got left if they're not booking every session back-to-back.

For anyone selling packs on Calendly: how are you actually keeping count day to day? A separate spreadsheet next to Calendly? A different tool altogether? Curious what's actually working versus what people gave up on.

    Thanks for pointing that out, that article is actually a little outdated. We do now offer an official meeting packages feature through the payments page! Keep in mind, this is for stripe users. (You can read more about this here: https://calendly.com/help/how-to-sell-services-using-meeting-packages-and-payment-links)
     

    To get started, go to Payments → Create → Meeting package. You’ll complete the setup in three steps.

    1. Add package details: Enter a name, description (optional), choose a one-on-one or group event type, and set the number of sessions.
    2. Set your price: Enter the amount, choose your currency, and add payment terms (optional).
    3. Add a confirmation message: This message appears after your client completes their purchase.

    Select Create to publish your meeting package. After publishing, Calendly provides a reusable link you can share with clients.

     

    This way, Calendly will track how many meetings they’ve booked, automatically! Let me know if you have any questions
