How far in advance can invitees book a meeting?

You can change this by going into your event settings and changing the date range. I’ve added some instructions below!

1. Go to the Scheduling page and select the event type you want to edit.
2. Expand the Availability section.
3. Under Date-range, open the range dropdown (for example, “60 days”).
4. Choose one of the following options:
   • Number of days into the future – set how far ahead invitees can book. Choose calendar days or week days.
   • Within a date range – pick a specific time window for booking.
   • Indefinitely into the future – allow invitees to book anytime.
5. Select Save changes.
