How long before Calendly syncs with Google Calendar?

Just that.  If I’ve allowed Calendly to sync with my Google calendar, how long will it take until Calendly reflects unavailable days?  It wasn’t instant.

Hi ​@Jim85046 - Thanks for reaching out.

I usually give it 5-10 minutes before checking my booking page. A couple things you’ll want to make sure are:

  • Are the events in your calendar marked as Busy? Calendly will ignore free events.
  • Did you select all of your sub-calendars under the Check for conflicts section on the connections page?
