There is currently no way to ban customers from making appointments, but we are looking into creating various mechanisms to prevent abuse and spam.
In the meantime, you could use routing to help prevent scheduling with unwanted domains. More on that here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/9769567129367-Routing-Forms-Best-Practices
