How to be sure I am informed when there is a system issue AND when it is resolved?

Problem still exists with the US code inserting a 1.

How does Calendly notify clients that something is wrong?

How does Calendly notify clients when a problem is fixed?

Is there a link we can access to see status? Is there a trigger we can set to insure we get an email?
