Hi, community.  Enjoying the app.  I am a small biz owner with a standard plan.  I have used calendly successfully for a few months now and have 2 sub-contractors who use the biz account to also set client meetings (we are an SAT/ACT prep company). Giving context as some of you knowledgeable and kind folks try to help me.

 

I have spent 7 to 10 hours trying this.  I have yet to throw my computer through the wall, but if you all can help me, I am sure I won’t.  Ha.  Here’s what I am trying to do:

  1.  I am hosting a FREE ACT mock exam at a local library on a specific date and time.
  2. I want to create a meeting which then gives me a link I can put out onto our website, socials, and to all the schools and organizations with whom we have a biz relationship.  
  3. All I want folks to do is scan the qr code/follow the link to sign up for the meeting.  Answer the 3 or 4 questions so that we know who is coming and so that, after the meeting, we can schedule follow ups with the parents to discuss the results.
  4. The breakdown in creation occurs on the the date.  On the availability part--no matter what I do, even when I customize the dates and times, I cannot get calendly to make it where folks can click on the date on our booking page and get routed to the ID questions to sign up.  Either it opens up every day or blocks every day--no matter what I do.  

Can anyone help? I looked up earlier conversations and couldn’t seem to find one just like this. I need to finish this tonight (best) or early tomorrow (not best, but manageable).  THANK YOU!!

For these types of availability issues, I always recommend users utilize the Troubleshooting Tool to figure out why specific dates are not appearing (Most of the time, its due to a conflict in the time or an event is on their calendar)

Thank you.  I actually had a moment of inspiration, like often on these types of things.  Just as your answer came in I tried the “override” option and fiddled with that a bit and it seemed to work.  Now, I couldn’t give anyone the technical answer to what I did, but it worked.  Thank you for your time.
