Hello everyone!
When I set up an external thank-you page for the appointment confirmation, often (not always actually), during the redirect, I get an annoying warning message (see attachment) that I am about to leave the Calendly page. How can I eliminate this message, which could create confusion for the visitor and, above all, would push him to read a content and perform a further action (click) that is quite useless? I really hope that this function can be disabled, but I don't know where. Thanks!

Hi @Hotel50132 - Thanks for reaching out!

I'm assuming you are the site owner or developer. For whatever reason your site, the redirect link, is being flagged as unsafe. I did some digging and found this information in Google's documentation:

My site or software is marked dangerous or suspicious

Do you know if this happens to different browsers or just one? Unfortunately there is not a way to disable this in-app, as it relies on Google API to detect this, so following the documentation above is the best first step.

Let me know if you have any questions!

It's very strange what you tell me, because the redirect website is of a well-known and well-reviewed restaurant in Rome (which I created personally) and which is also well indexed on Google. I don't understand why there is this sort of ban and it's the first time it happens to me...
Unfortunately the reason that pushed me to create this redirect is the impossibility of customizing the appearance of your default confirmation page...
Any other ideas? If we can't remove that message, for us it's a critical problem that could, unfortunately, compromise the use of your tool

P.S. Thanks, as always, for superfast reply (very appreciated)

The redirect link to the thank-you page is this:

https://ristorantepalmieri.it/evento-prenotato/

As you can see, there is also the SSL padlock... I don't understand why it is considered "suspicious"...

Thanks for getting back - Unfortunately there isn’t more that we can do outside of having you follow these Google Docs:

The system we use follows Google’s API, so any warnings that pop up on their end, would reflect on our end as well. So submitting a review on their end is the best next step here.

Let me know if you have any questions.

The other option in this case is working with our Support Team directly by chatting in, they can look a little more in-depth on this as well:

Maybe the reason is that I'm actually using a version that is still in TRIAL period (I'm considering buying). In this article (see attachment) it would seem that this is the reason, also because if the link is not safe, the visitor would be warned with another type of screen.

Good to hear! Yes if you are in the trial period you’ll see this prompt as well.

If you end up subscribing to one of the plans and still see the same error, chatting in with our support would be the best next step. 🙂
