I need to disconnect the integration between Calendly and an old CRM that I was using through infinity box leads… I believe it was a version of GoHighLevel. I need to disconnect this so I can connect it with my new CRM

GoHighLevel created their own integration that would need to be disconnected from their end, instead of ours. I found an article online that can walk you through this process here:

Hi David, thank you so much for your help!  I no longer have access to the CRM in which the integration was setup, so any idea on how I can get around that obstacle?

Unfortunately because HighLevel built the integration, I don’t have anyway we can workaround this. I’d suggest getting in touch with their support team to see if they can action this on your behalf.

Otherwise, it may be possible if you change your password or the email tied to the account, since thats how its connected in the first place - They should be able to supply more information on this!

Hello David, and thank you for your help! Unfortunately, I have changed the username and password, and yet it is still saying it's connected to the old HighLevel CRM… Any more ideas?


I changed it in LOGIN PREFERENCES… Is there another spot it needs to be updated, for it to update properly and disconnect from the old integration?

 


Hey there! Sorry to hear that its still giving you issues here. Unfortunately I think the only option is to contact HighLevel directly to see if they can do this. I wasn’t able to find any other workarounds for this - My apologies!
