Question

How to get back to the free plan

After the 14 days trial period, it didn’t change automatically to the forever free plan. How to solve this? It appears “your trial has ended,” and I can no longer schedule meetings. Thanks in advance for your help

Hi @Paulina Santos PT,

I just took a look at your invitee facing link and it looks like it is working from that side. I’m able to see availability for your 30 minute meeting event type into next month.

Can you tell me more about what you’re seeing on your end and what happens when you try scheduling meetings?

Hi Jillian. Happy New Year!

What is happening is when I try to share my availability with contacts the following message pops out “You are not allowed to see this pane” . Only allows me to book a meeting, and I want to send several availabilities.

Many thanks!

Hi @Paulina Santos PT - Thanks for reaching out!

This may be the result of changing to the free plan - however, you should still be able to offer multiple time-slots from your Scheduling page here: https://calendly.com/app/scheduling/meeting_types/user/me

Let me know if you have any questions!

Thanks for your reply.

I am a recent user, maybe I am doing something wrong. I am going to explore Calendly further and if the question persists I will get back to you.
