How to get rid of a reschedule link/option on an event

How do I take off the reschedule option on some of our events? Some events are paid for, and are booked weeks out. People will not show for the event and then after the time has passed, reschedule for another event. This takes up valuable scheduling that if it was canceled in advance, someone else could have taken the spot. Or we would like to charge a fee for a “no call, no show”. Is this possible?

Hi@MandM16767,While you can’t completely block the ability for your invitee to reschedule with you, you can make it more inaccessible. You can remove the reschedule meeting option under invitee notifications. Under calendar invitationoption, select edit. In thosesettings thereis a checkbox “Include cancel and reschedule links in email invitations and reminders (recommended).” Make sure that is unchecked. That said, there is no way to completely remove the ability of you invitee to reschedule. In your specific situation I would suggest including a language either in the description of the meeting or as a form question (yes/no) stating that rescheduling must happen before the registered date of the event.
