I want to administer Calendly accounts for employees who will never be logging into Calendly and should never get any emails from Calendly. How do I do this? In particular, can I create accounts for these employees without specifying their email addresses?

Hi @Abram51573 - Thanks for reaching out!

I would need to dig into this one and see if something like this is possible. I’m curious, though, what is your specific use-case for these users if they won’t be logging in/receiving emails from Calendly? Any information can help me find an answer to what you’re looking for. :)

Hi David! Thanks for looking into this. My use case is that the employees are veterinarians, who want zero involvement in scheduling. I am the clinic’s business manager, and I would be looking to integrate Calendly in with my clinic’s medical records system. They’ll find their appointments in our medical records system after it has been copied over from Calendly.

Calendly accounts are tied to individual email addresses, so you can’t create accounts without using an email. Even if employees won’t log in, each account still needs a unique email for setup and management.

A common workaround is to use shared or alias email addresses, and then manage everything centrally from an admin account. You can also adjust notification settings to minimize or disable emails as much as possible
