We like to schedule meetings in Calendly on behalf of clients even when they don’t use the tool themselves. We do this so that they get automated confirmation and meeting reminders via email and text and so that it goes on our applicable team member Outlook calendars rather than everyone doing so individually. We have been doing this by going to our own landing page as if we are a client and scheduling a meeting. However, we want to be able to do schedule meetings from our end without consideration of things like our normal meeting buffers we have in place for client scheduling. So while we typically block 30 minutes before an existing meeting, we want the flexibility to add a meeting during that timeframe from our end when we want. What is the best way to do this? Is there a way to create a new event type that is not visible to clients? We tried using the one-off meeting option but we still want to add the client email and phone number so they get reminders. Any best practices that we should be aware of?

How to Schedule One-Off Meetings without restrictions we place on client scheduling.
