How to see another user's availability in calendar format?

Hello!

I was just added as an admin in my organization. I’m hoping to look at my colleague’s availability ‘calendar’ style, similarly to the below image:

Does anyone know if this is possible? The problem with going directly to his Calendly appointment page is that meeting slots are only available in 30-minute increments- so if I wanted to know if he was available at 11:15am instead of 11am, I wouldn’t be able to. Additionally, does Calendly have somewhere that I can see all of the individual events from his 3-4 calendars compiled into one (so that I could see the title/location/etc. of all of his events)?

Right now, there isn’t a way to see a full calendar of availability like you’re showing here - However, you can go to the meetings page and select that user to see what upcoming meetings they have between all of their events! You can find this here: https://calendly.com/app/scheduled_events/user/me
 

If you’d like to see what availability they have set within their account, you can also go to the users page, then select their profile picture to see more specific information on them! https://calendly.com/app/admin/users
