I’d like to restrict a total of X meetings for one event type.

I’m running usability testing sessions and want to stop receiving bookings once I have enough participants. From this page it seems that you can do it, but when I go to edit my event, my UI looks different and only allows me to set a daily limit?

TIA :)

Hi @mlau - Thanks for reaching out!

Yes you are correct, we’re working on rolling out a new UI to our users, however this process is slow as we’re ensuring that there are no issues with it. With your current page, you can only set a Daily Limit within your event type at this time:

For users who want to run a similar experiment, I’ve recommended setting up date-specific hours for the amount of events you’d like to have, while its not perfect, it does get you close.

Hopefully we’ll get this new UI rolled out to more users, there are a lot of improvements on the horizion!

Hi @David my team had the new UI with this feature, but when we logged in this morning, it was gone. Is there a way that we can get it back? Or when can we expect it to return?

Hi @niu123 - Thanks for reaching out!

It looks like your organization still has the new UI - I’d recommend clearing your browsers cache and cookies first to see if it persists. Otherwise, I’d try logging in from another browser and see if it follows.

Let me know if that works!

Thanks @David ! It worked after I logged out, cleared my cache/cookies for Calendly, and logged back in.
