I don't see the Blue Chatbot mentioned in help. Also, a client gets an error message others don't.

Since you don’t see the blue chat bubble, I recommend following through these steps here: Troubleshooting access to chat

Ultimately, support will need to look into this one as they have more insight into this specific error. If you can’t access chat, you can always email support@calendly.com
