I have 3 different ways to book my coaching clients

Hello All! I am brand new to using Calendly AND STRIPE! So, with that said, here is my problem.

I am trying to get clients in as a Twin Flame Coach, and I have 3 different “packages” to have them select from, my issue is how do I get them to book for the one they want, and how do I get them to get to Stripe to pay ahead before the meetings? I am stumped and confused. I’m not a huge techy person, but here I am trying to utilize it for a business. I’m here to learn, though, so any guidance on what to do and how to go about getting this done, I would be eternally grateful to you! Thank you so much in advance!

If you’d like to take payment before the invitee books, there are a few things you’ll need to do:

 

  1. Connect Stripe with your own Calendly account
    1. Log into Calendly and go to the Integrations page.
    2. Find and select Stripe.
    3. Connect your account.
      • If you don't have a Stripe account, you'll be prompted to create one.
      • Your Stripe account must be in live mode to accept real payments through Calendly.

    4. After connecting Stripe, you’ll need to turn on payments for each event type where you want to collect payments.

  2. Enable Payments on your Event Type

    1. ​​​​​​​Go to the Scheduling page.

    2. Choose the event type and select More options from the bottom of the editor.
    3. Expand the Payment section.
    4. Toggle on Require payment to book this meeting.
    5. Make sure the Payment processor is set to Stripe.
    6. Enter the amount and currency to be collected.
    7. To set up a coupon, select + Create coupon code. See Create a coupon code below for details.
    8. Customize your payment terms and cancellation policy with any information an invitee may need before confirming their payment.
    9. Select Save changes.

 

From there, you just need to share the event link with an invitee, and we’ll handle the rest!
