I just cannot get help there is no button at the bottom right hand corner or at the top

Question

Hello anyone know how to talk with a live person, bought calendly but regretting it now as just cant get through to a live person and it wont accept my tax number nor am I able to add an event that spans several days I really need to talk with some one as its delaying bookings now. Does anyone have the email that works as have been clicking and clicking and just going round in circles they havent made it easy to get in touch. Any way Happy New Year. Hopefully its not me being stupid.
