Anytime I try & update photos & branding for my profile I get this pop up. However, when choosing “Apply” nothing happens. Does anyone have any solutions? TIA

Hi
I usually see this happening when the image is too larger either by dimensions (try 90x90) or the file size (less than 5MB). Try resizing your photo and uploading again.
