I'm receiving emails telling me I have a New Event, but the New Events are not showing on my Calendly calender

I’ve received two new appointment bookings this morning (both for this upcoming Thursday).  Calendly emailed letting me the new appointments have been booked, but the appointments themselves are not showing within my Meetings on Calendly. 

 

How do I fix this and have my Mettings on the Calendly website accurately reflect the meetings Calendly is emailing me about?  Ive gone through all the steps the Chat AI bot gave me, and nothing helped
