I wanted to allow a back to back booking so went in and removed all buffers from an event type.  I’ve read on the forum here that you then need to cancel previous bookings and reschedule them in order for the buffers to be removed.

however, even though I’ve cancelled a previous booking and gone to the event booking page the buffers are still causing times to be shown as unavailable when I troubleshoot them for that day.

What do I do now?  I’ve gone to zoom and changed the event time and date which has updated my google calendar but not Calendly. I’ve been able to update my calendar invite for my client but want to reschedule in Calendly so my workflow of reminders etc is triggered.

Hi @Kris20573!

It sounds like you’ve taken the steps I would have pointed you towards, so I think the next step is going to be contacting our Support team so they can take a look at your account (not something we can do over here on Community for privacy reason). They’ll be able to see the buffers and hopefully figure out what’s going on!

To kick this off, head on over to here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Ok thanks Jillian for the quick response.  I’ll contact them

Jillian, I tried the link and when you get to the page you just see “How can we help you?”  and a big box. but no way of entering text or submitting anything.

Think the page isn’t working at the moment

Kris

Ugh. We’ve got this fun issue with various virus detection, browser extensions, etc. on the customer side blocking that chat window from loading. Never quite know when it will happen, who it will happen to, or why! Sorry about that. Feel free to email support@calendly.com and they’ll help you out.
