I want to upgrade one seat but it tells me I have to remove all other users

I am trying to upgrade one seat on our account, but it will not let me. I dont have any pending users, but it will not let me pay for one seat.

    It looks like you might still be in an old organization - I’d recommend reaching out to our billing team for them to look into what might be going on, and get you upgraded.

    Is it possible to keep my ‘free’ users seats and only upgrade one team member without having to remove them from the account? This is the current org.

    Hi ​@Amanda61486 - This is not possible at this time, you will either need to be removed from the organization, or disband it all together.
