I want to upgrade one seat but it tells me I have to remove all other users

I am trying to upgrade one seat on our account, but it will not let me. I dont have any pending users, but it will not let me pay for one seat.

It looks like you might still be in an old organization - I’d recommend reaching out to our billing team for them to look into what might be going on, and get you upgraded.
