I want to upgrade one seat but it tells me I have to remove all other users

It looks like you might still be in an old organization - I’d recommend reaching out to our billing team for them to look into what might be going on, and get you upgraded.

Is it possible to keep my ‘free’ users seats and only upgrade one team member without having to remove them from the account? This is the current org.
