Hi,

I'm trying to set up an in-person group event using Calendly and want to allow 14 people per 2-hour session. The sessions are as follows:

  • 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM (14 people)

  • 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (14 people)

  • 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (14 people)

However, Calendly doesn't seem to be displaying the time slots correctly. It's also not allowing multiple people to register for the same session—it tries to assign each person a 30-minute slot, but this is meant to be a 2-hour group session with up to 14 participants per time slot.

Can you please guide me on how to properly configure this in Calendly?
