A patient missed their 12pm appointment recently.

They had looked at their SMS reminders which said the appt was at 2pm

When we checked, the reminder email was correct at 12pm, but the SMS said 2pm (I have  a screenshot if required)

Pateints time zone is set to the same as mine as far as I can see.

Would appreciate your advice here please.

Hi @Mike04601 - Thanks for reaching out.

Can you send me a screenshot of the text and a screenshot of your calendar event? I can take a closer look from there!

Sure,

Thanks for helping out

Hi @Mike04601 - Thanks for sending this over.

Taking a look, it actually seems to match a different event for that day which occurred at 2-4pm:

Can you do me a favor and check your Workflows page to make sure there is a text reminder workflow set for all of your events? You can view them here: https://calendly.com/app/workflows/user/me

Let me know if you have any questions

Yes those are all turned on,

But i am very confused by this glitch.

She originally had an ‘Initial Consult’ planned for the 15th Aug.  She rescheduled it to the 22nd.

Changed her mind and I manually over-rid it back to the 15th.

And then we planned the ‘Plan Delivery’ for the 22nd.

I guess that really confused the system.

The reminder email was correct but the SMS hadn’t caught up, maybe?

Maybe I didn’t delete the unwanted rescheduled appt from Calendly - just Google?

I guess that would do it?

Yes its possible that it never was deleted from Calendly in this case.

If this continues to happen, let me know, we can look into it more from there.
