Integrate Teams in Collective Meetings

I have used Zoom for our collective meetings with great success, but several clients want to use Microsoft Teams. I have a professional Calendly account and Microsoft 365. Every time I try to integrate Teams, I get a message saying I need to ask the admin for permission. I have admin rights on 365 and calendly. Please help me figure out what I need to do. I have contacted Microsoft and they told me to ask Calendly.

Hi @JenniferatHCA - Can you send me a screenshot of what the message is? I can assist further from there!

Ah - Got it, thanks for sending this over! This is something generated from Microsoft, I’ve put together an article talking about this here:

In this case, theres definitely a permission issue happening on Microsoft’s side. If you have an IT Team, I’d reach out to them to see what might be going on. There isn’t anything from our end that we can change here.

Let me know if you have any questions!
