Question

Invitee limit for 1:1 using the same link for multiple users

Hi,

I want to create a invite-link in Calendly that each person can use three times. So each person is a unique individual who can book three appointments, but I want the same link to be shared with multiple people.

 Is that possible?

Gr Helga

Hi @Helgasrt - Thanks for reaching out.

Right now, there isn’t a way to do this inside of Calendly. But its something thats been requested before - I’ll get this passed along to our product team to review!

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you David.

Any bright idea’s how to do a work-around in Calendly?

Some background info:

I want a client to book max 3 appointments, with one link as part of a coaching-traject. I’d like to add this link in a mail automation (like mail chimp / active campaign) so the client can schedule the appointment and I know there is a max. This mail will be sent to multiple clients. Is there a way create such a link within Calendly? Gr Helga

Hi @Helgasrt !

The main problem we run into is that there is not a sure-fire way to track who is opening the link & booking a meeting.

I think right now the closest we can get is by using a meeting package. Its a feature we just released that allows you to sell session bundles, collect payment upfront, and let clients schedule their appointments over time using your existing booking flow.

The stipulation here is that you would need to connect a tool named Stripe and charge for the meeting package. However, once the user buys the meeting package, they’ll be able to book a limited number of meetings (In your case, 3!) from that link.

Let me know if you have any questions!

Thank you David!

I’d like to use the appointment scheduler in Calendly as part of a program. Clients pay for a 6-month program that includes an online program as well as 18 coaching sessions, divided into a maximum of 3 appointments per month. They pay upfront for the whole package.

The new meeting package sounds like a great feature that I can explore for use within the VIP coaching sessions I’m developing, which I plan to launch later this year.

 Kind Regards, Helga
