We need to collect birth dates for attendees to verify their age prior to the session. The current Invitee Question Answer types do not really meet this need, as there is no way to validate that their response is a real date or enforce any kind of formatting on their response.
Ideally, there would be a “Date” answer type for Invitee Questions (with a date picker and validation).
