Hello,

I’m based in Vietnam. My clients are in Europe and USA. When I share my link with them, my timezone is shown to them and not their local time. I have read as many articles on this forum as I could find about this and taken all the steps I read, but still no luck sorting it out. My settings are as such: 

 

If anyone knows how to fix this issue I would love to hear from them as my clients are getting annoyed because of the resceduling...even though I keep telling them ‘’Don’t forget to pick you local time zone!’’ before booking.

Unfortunately, in this scenario, Calendly is limited in it’s ability to detect your invitees calendars. While our settings work seamlessly when calendars are set up correctly, if an invitee is using a VPN or has their calendar set to a different timezone, this will throw off Calendly’s ability to ‘detect’ their correct timezone.
