is there a better option than No Show?

Sometimes, we just can get to all our appointments.  Is there a better option to reschedule the client and NOT mark No show?  If their appt time has past, it does not allow us to reschedule that appointment for another time, only NO Show.  I don’t want the client to reschedule in a workflow that has them as a no show...WE were the no show, not them….I want to reschedule for them to make sure they get priority.

Hi ​@Caleb's04135 - There is not a way to reschedule a past appointment at this time - However, you can schedule or send them an email directly from their contact card on the previous meeting.

This way you can either get them on the soonest available, or customize the email along with an event link that has a wider availability.

Either way, I’ll get this passed along as feedback, but those are two alternatives I can think of now!

yes...but that requires us to reenter all their information again….was trying to just reschedule using something that saves the appt information.
