Issue scheduling an appointment with a client who is already in my contacts.

Hello.

 

I have a question about scheduling appointments with someone who’s already in my contact list.

Whenever I try to schedule an appointment myself with someone in my contacts, the app always asks me to enter their phone number, even though it’s already saved in their contact information.

Also, the U.S. area code is always preselected, so I have to scroll through the country codes to find my country’s flag (France).

 

A colleague who works in a nearby office doesn’t experience this issue. For him, the app automatically adds the phone number with the French country code. That seems more logical to me.

 

How can I set the French country code as the default and have the phone numbers of clients already in my contacts pre-filled when I schedule an appointment?
